WAITLIST NOTICE — Full-Service Advocacy (IEP Meeting Attendance)
ConnectEd Advocates is currently at capacity and operating on a waitlist for any new families seeking full-service advocacy. Families are invited to join our waitlist for the 2026-2027 school year, and we will reach out when caseload space becomes available.
We are genuinely grateful to be in this position. The trust families continue to place in our work reflects the reputation we’ve worked hard to build—and we don’t take that lightly. We also recognize that advocacy needs are often time-sensitive, and we sincerely apologize for any stress this limited availability may create. Our hope is that the depth, preparation, and care we bring to each case make us worth the wait.
In the meantime, we remain available for:
• Comprehensive Record Reviews
• Parent Coaching & Strategy Sessions
IEP meeting attendance is currently reserved for families already on our caseload

IEP Advocacy & Support
At our special education advocacy agency, we are dedicated to supporting families of all ages as they navigate the IEP process. Whether you're just beginning or need ongoing assistance, we offer personalized guidance to ensure your child’s educational needs are met. Start with a CONSULTATION where we’ll listen to your concerns, explore your options, and provide expert advice tailored to your unique situation. Our services include a thorough RECORD REVIEW, where we examine your child's school reports and medical records to uncover insights and make recommendations specific to their needs. With our COACHING service, you’ll walk into IEP meetings prepared, confident, and ready to advocate for your child’s rights, including mock meetings to help you rehearse. During IEP meetings, we provide IEP MEETING ADVOCACY by attending virtually as your advocate, ensuring that your child’s needs are prioritized and your voice is heard. Additionally, we offer support with drafting effective SCHOOL CORRESPONDENCE. We're here to support you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident and informed as you advocate for your child’s education.
Academic Advisement & Secondary Transitions
We specialize in guiding students—whether advanced placement students or those with learning delays—through their secondary transitions in the General Education setting. We understand that no two children are the same, which is why we create a custom pathway for each student, ensuring that decisions are made with their unique strengths, needs, and goals in mind. Our highly qualified experts bring decades of experience to help students explore and prepare for a variety of post-graduation options. We work closely with each child and their family to craft a personalized plan, helping them identify the right school fit, explore programs that align with their aspirations, and make informed decisions about their future. Our services include assistance with writing compelling college essays, securing scholarships and grants, navigating transcript management, and finding volunteer opportunities to strengthen applications. With our guidance, students are empowered to carve out a clear and individualized pathway for success, whether that leads to higher education, vocational training, military service, or entrepreneurship. We provide the tools, resources, and support necessary to ensure every decision made is tailored to the child and family, leading to a successful transition into the next chapter of their lives.
